Neapolitan Pizza InfoItalian Style Restaurant SPIN! Pizza is a Kansas City restaurant concept that began in 2003 by Gail Lozoff, of Einstein Bros. Bagels fame. Simply put, the pizza is "perfetta" and the three store chain is destined to go national. While at Willoughby, I helped with various projects. A particular favorite SPIN! project includes SPIN! Club Dough, which is part of their frequent eater program. The money, inspired by Italian Lira, was printed on tyvek; the durable, plastic-like material found in the lining of packages. A new location recently opened on Main Street near the Country Club Plaza where I played a large role in developing the environmental graphics.
